What kind of information does Virtuallux collect?
We collect information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, and phone and credit card numbers) that you provide when you place an order, save your information with us or participate in a contest, promotion or survey. We also maintain a record of your product interests and your purchases online. We may acquire customer names, email addresses and mailing addresses for select mailings from third parties.
How does Virtuallux use my information?
When you make an online purchase from Virtuallux, we use your information to process your order. Return Policy
Should you be unhappy with anything you buy from VirtualLux, you can return it for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges). Returns will be accepted only for unused products, in new condition with tags intact, and in its original packaging, within 30 days from the date of the shipment. Sale items, custom orders, and orders purchased or shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada are final. VirtualLux reserves the right to decline a refund.

Please include a copy of the order or the receipt, so we may refund the proper account. Let us know if you prefer a refund or an exchange. For refunds, we will credit your card for the purchase less shipping. Note that this is done through our merchant account; we do not keep customer credit card information on file. For exchanges, we will call you for credit card information if there is a price difference. Please email info@virtuallux.com if you have any questions.
If you return your purchase, please note: credit card refunds will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have any further questions please call us Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST.
Please be aware that you are responsible for the product's safe arrival at the return destination. We highly recommend that you repackage your product carefully, get a tracking number, and buy shipping insurance, in case the product gets lost in transit. These services are available from the U.S. Post Office, UPS, and Fed Ex. We also recommend that you keep all of your shipping paperwork until your card is credited for the return. VirtualLux can not be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard UPS delivery. Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days and will arrive within the time frame specified with each product. Shipping days listed with each product are based on business days (Monday - Friday). Currently, PO, APO, FPO boxes and international orders can only be handled via telephone order by calling 888-849-4092, or by email at info@virtuallux.com. Shipping charges are based on UPS standard delivery unless otherwise specified by you:
